Chlorella World is dedicated to providing scientific and, where possible, evidence-based information on our products. Where there is supporting evidence for an approach we will either quote it or provide a link to it. Please remember this does not make it a recommendation.

We source our products worldwide. Chlorella World is committed to sourcing high quality natural products. We take pride and care when choosing our suppliers. We look for people who supply the best products at fair prices and whose companies are environmentally friendly. We source organic products wherever possible. When we source from far away we are keen, where possible, to use shipping rather than the less environmentally friendly airfreight. We never source products from countries where we cannot be absolutely sure the products are genuine and that the products are handled safely.

We endeavour to source the best possible products and to offer a fair and trustworthy description of these on our website. We replace or refund faulty products and are always happy to discuss if our customers feel a product does not match their expectations.

How quickly will our products be delivered?

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm on the same day you place the order. Products are usually sent Second Class Royal Mail – this should be with you in 3 days. What currency does Chlorella World use?

Currently, all transactions are in UK Pound Sterling (GBP).

The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer's credit or debit card company at the time of placing the order.

Customers outside the United Kingdom may also be liable for any import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements. You are advised to check the latest applicable local requirements before placing an order.

What happens if products are out of stock?

We hold significant amounts of stock. Occasionally a sudden increase in demand for a particular product can mean we are unable to fulfil your order within our preferred same day policy. In this unusual event we will always contact you to let you know that there will be a short delay. If there are other items in your order, these will be dispatched as normal.

How is VAT calculated?

All our prices are inclusive of VAT.

Do you supply to trade or offer reductions for buying in bulk?

How can I place an order?

The easiest way to place an order is through our website. However, we also accept orders by phone or by post.

How can I pay for my purchases?

If you place an order via our website our checkout allows you to pay through Google checkout, Paypal, credit cards and debit cards through Paypal (but without registering) or by sending a cheque.

For orders placed over the phone, payment is via credit or debit cards or by cheque.

For postal orders, we accept cheques.

Please note, we will not dispatch goods until cheques have cleared.
